The marketing coordinator will assist with organizing and executing marketing activities and assist with developing marketing strategies; this small business atomsphere will allow a great variety of experience and creativity.This position supports the Medspa strategic marketing initiatives including digital and print advertising, website, electronic communications, social media campaigns and public relation activities.
This individual will schedule and update social media posts and be capable of creating short videos.
Other responsibilities include
the coordination of photo shoots, public relations activities, property tours and website updates.
A basic understanding of digital and e-commerce initiatives is a plus. You will be able to work within brand standards and guidelines.
Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to be a self-starter and a "can do" attitude are essential. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, deadline oriented atmosphere and be highly organized. Exceptional communications skills, both written and oral, are required.
Responsible for developing and improving the brand and image of the medspa. This individual works in conjunction with other department managers to develop and implement strategies and tactics to drive revenue and is also responsible for hands on planning and execution of all marketing strategies and associated tactics
Responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans, advertising campaigns and managing promotions and events.

General Accountabilities:
• Assists with marketing and advertising campaigns.
• creating and execution of marketing calender
• Creating strategic Partnerships-Corporate and Charity
• Planning and execution of company`s events, projects and promotions
• Assisting with Brand Development
• Updates web content and reviews SEO content
• Delivers social media content via LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest.
• Generates creative content and videos.
• Some Public Relations
• Maintaining a budget and proposing new digital and print advertising strategies
• Assists with photo shoots
• Assists with public relations initiatives.
• Maintains and updates online photo library and website photo gallery.

Required Skills:
• 3-5 years' experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft office, adobe illustrator
• Creativity, persistence, and tenacity
• Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent Client communication and management skills
